Make any sense?

Okay, after I've worked for 1 year (and 2 or 3 months more), I come up with some interesting questions:

Q1. Is the "adults world" any cooler than the "students world"?

A1. No, I don't find it any cooler to be an adult. Yes, you can decide where to sleep and drink like a fool all nite; you can refuse to go to any family gatherings cause you are too tired; you can buy more shit coz you have more money to waste...

But the problem is, you have a lot more responsibilities to bear...you have to finance you family, the broken TV, the fucking air-con, the damn fridge...

Q2. Is the adult (or working) world "more serious" than the "students world"?

A2. The answer is...surprisingly, NO. One of my former colleagues told me this, and I was like, oh, you were a fucking genius!

His point was that, when you were in uni, say, when you got back your term paper, you would at least have a look at the remarks and any comments the prof. had written...

But in the real world, who gives a fuck about what you've written in an ad after it appears in the front page of a newspaper? (unless you fucking moron have misspelled a word, than you'll be in real trouble...)

And all you do, yes, 100% of what you do, is to make the client happy. This doesn't involve any moral standards. It doesn't really matter if what you do is right or wrong. Just do what the client wants, then you will prosper.

Q3. Is there any meanings of life, after all?

A3. Honestly, I don't know. I still can't find mine. I guess "feeling kind of lost" is an unavoidable stage in our lives. So wish me good luck.

And you too.

Long sentences suck!

Yes, they really do.
